At Northside Northpoint OB/GYN, we provide the full range of gynecologic care.

We encourage an annual well woman visit. The primary purpose of this visit is to promote wellness. We will cover general topics of contraception, menstrual regularity, and plans for childbearing. We can also discuss concerns related to sexual health and sexually transmitted diseases. It is also our goal to discuss general topics such as diet, exercise, sleep and immunizations that might be needed. Part of the routine well visit is to discuss recommended guidelines for routine screening tests – these can include Pap smear testing, mammograms, colonoscopy and dexa scans. The individual recommendations will of course be based on age and circumstance. If you have many concerns that beyond the scope of well care, it will be suggested that you return for a follow up visit such that we can adequately address your needs and provide you with the time and attention you require.
